Our highly trained and qualified staff ensures that you can trust our services. For the best results and your safety, we use only branded and high-grade products and take hygiene and sanitation standards seriously.
At our salon, we have the following policies for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon.
- For salon services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you are more than 10 minutes late as there may be an appointment scheduled after yours.
- Notice of appointment cancellation should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
- Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings when moving to different stations.
- We do not accept personal checks.
